Volunteer in Ecuador and/or Chile:

The Casa Del Sol offers various job positions which allow you to surf regularly and or learn to surf. We have positions in Hotel Management, Surf Guiding, Surf School instructors and other volunteer positions which lead to permanent positions in our company. For the Volunteer positions we provide room and board and we give you very small salary for spending money. We are a growing company that does have permanent positions available but we prefer to work with the individual first since we are located in Ecuador. 

We require that the minimum stay with us is three months since we do have to train you in your new job position. This is the minimum time period you can extend your stay or sign up for more time if you want. Preferably we would like to know three months ahead of time so we can plan our employee work schedules.

Come and down and make new friends and join us for some good times surfing, hanging on the beach and partying while learning how to surf and learning the tourism business.

Job Positions Available:

Receptionist:

Work in the reception checking guests in and out of the hotel, charging bills, taking food orders, making drinks, making sure the clients are happy. General problem solving related to customer service.

• Some Spanish language skills.
• Some cash register experience helpful.
• Outgoing personality a must.
• Patience, customer service orientated person.

Bartender:

• Some bartending experience helpful, but not necessary.
• Spanish language skills. Intermediate level.
• Outgoing personality, attractive healthy look.

Hotel Administrator: (May be able to move into a General Manager position within one year)

• MBA helpful, not required.
• Intermediate Spanish skills, and motivated to become fluent.
• Willing to sign one year contract.
• Some business experience helpful.
• Computer literate.
